No time for going to the gym I know what it feels like. 

It only takes 5 minutes to put on a t-shirt, a hoodie, some baggy sweat pants, a pair of sneakers, and to tie a bandana around you head to look cool in your attire. When you are ready start running and don´t forget to grab a rope for jumping and your MateFit to stay hydrated and fit.
